# Visit SemiProbe, Inc. at Semicon China 2016

**Visit SemiProbe, Inc. at Semicon China ****March 15-17th, 2016**

SemiProbe will be attending and exhibiting two application specific wafer probing systems at the upcoming [Semicon China](https://www.semiconchina.org/) show held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai, China March 15-17.

SemiProbe will be located in [Booth #3323-2](http://expo.semi.org/china2016/Public/EventMap.aspx?ver=html&EventID=86&MapID=246&MapItBoothID=316349&MapItBooth=3323-2).

One system will be a 200 mm semiautomatic probe system configured for 110 GHz probing. The system will feature a Rhode & Swartz Vector Network Analyzer with ZVA-Z110 converters, GGB 110 GHz waveguide probes and the SemiProbe SA-8 HF probe system mounted on a vibration isolation table.

The second system will be a 150 mm manual probe system configured for High Voltage (HV) probing. The system will feature a Keysight B1505 parametric analyzer, various HF probes (3 kV and 10 kV) a HV chuck, a laser safety light curtain and a 150 mm probe system mounted on a vibration isolation table
